They say that you teach what you need to learn: I'm a yoga teacher but knew that I wasn't connecting with my practice or myself. I've been immobilised with back problems for a year and only recently accepted that it's related to emotional issues. I can see that this is an opportunity to heal myself. I'm reading constantly: about healing, psychology, meditation and this blog will help me process this information. I hope that some of these amazing writers will inspire you too.
